On Saturday 5th March we are holding a morning of Wellbeing talks at Cowdray Hall to co-incide with and celebrate the opening of our new bespoke Therapy Rooms which are situated next to the Hall.  There will be an open door policy for the talks - no need to book and no charge to attend any or all of the talks. We are delighted that we will be welcoming three respected practitioners in their fields: The schedule for the morning is as follows:

10am: Dr Rajendra Sharma - 'Live Longer, Live Younger' - We're all ageing...but have you ever wondered why some people age better than others? Dr Sharma will discuss how the future of health screening must offer a predictive assessment that helps design your individualised, lifestyle, nutritional and exercise programmes to avoid illness and disease.

11am: Dr Bob Jacobs - Complimentary medicine and its importance in preventing ill-health. The body is an amazing self-healing organism. With the right environment and opportunity the body will recover and repair - good health will result and ill-health be prevented.

12pm: Dr Brian Marien - Cognitive Behavioural Therapist whose talk is entitled 'The causes and consequences of stress and the science of well-being.'

Each talk will be about 40 minutes long and will be followed by a Q&A session. Refreshments will be available to buy from the Cowdray Tuktuk which will be outside the Hall. Following the talks (at about 1pm), Lady Cowdray will open our three new Therapy Rooms.

Situated next to Cowdray Hall, our new beautifully appointed Therapy Rooms will provide an accessible but private space for therapists, consultants and their clients from March 2016.

Features will include: Waiting area, secure entry system, disabled access, Wi-Fi, atmospheric, individually controlled lighting, hydraulic treatment couch in two of the rooms, sound insulation, hand washing facilities in each of the rooms, underfloor heating, ample free parking. The rooms will be available for use 6 days a week. Rentable by the hour, half day and whole day.
