Directions by train

There is a local farm shop and cafe a couple of minutes from the Hall which serves delicious food and plenty of healthy options.

Directions by car

From London (less than 1½ hours from central London)

Take the A3 by-passing Guildford. Turn off left after Guildford signposted to Milford and Petworth. Follow the signs to the A286 to Haslemere and continue straight through Haslemere towards Midhurst. Easebourne is just north of Midhurst. After the sign indicating you are in Easebourne, follow the sign left to Petworth. At the T junction, turn left and then next left into Easebourne Street. There is a cut out white horse indicating the White Horse pub on corner of Easebourne Street. Pass the White Horse pub on your left. Turn first right a few yards after that and right again immediately. You will find Cowdray Hall on your left. There is plenty of parking.

From Chichester (25 minutes)

Easebourne is just north of Midhurst. Take the A286 to Midhurst. Drive straight through Midhurst and continue straight on. Just after the River Rother on your left there is a round-about, take the second exit continuing straight on the A272 to Petworth. After quite a sharp bend to your right in Easebourne you will see a cut out white horse indicating the White Horse pub. This is on corner of Easebourne Street. Turn left and pass the White Horse pub on your left. Turn first right a few yards after that and right again immediately. You will find Cowdray Hall on your left. There is plenty of parking.

From Petworth (12 minutes)

Take the A272 direction Midhurst and continue straight on for 6 miles. Pass the Cowdray Park Golf Club on your right. You will see Cowdray Priory on your left and the church. Turn next right onto Easebourne Street. Pass the White Horse pub on your left. Turn first right a few yards after that and right again immediately. You will find Cowdray Hall on your left. There is plenty of parking.

From Petersfield (20 minutes)

Take the A272 to Midhurst. At the round about in Midhurst take the first exit left, direction Haslemere and continue straight through the town. Easebourne is just north of Midhurst. From Gatwick and Heathrow airports

From Gatwick airport, a taxi ride takes approximately 50 minutes. Stewart Dallyn a local taxi driver is very familiar with this route 0793 1409826.
