Learning the principles of Qigong for mindfulness and relaxation

Shiatsu is a form of bodywork that uses pressure, stretches and joint mobilization to effect changes in the body. Shiatsu is not manipulative, it enables the body to articulate.
8.00am Saturday mornings. Yoga is a beautiful practice which builds lightness and strength in the body while stilling the mind and relieving stress.
10.30 - 4.30pm A chance to deepen and sustain your Mindfulness practice or simply your relationship with yourself.
